Advance North is a program consisting of mobile crisis intervention teams. The teams assist adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and co-occurring behavioral health conditions to maintain their current housing and avoid placement in a higher level of care. Services focus on resolving the current crisis and assisting the client to improve social skills, independence, and stabilization to live successfully in the community. All treatment plans are person-centered and individualized to address the needs of each client. Our caring and well-trained staff assist clients in establishing a productive and satisfying life, while using evidence-based practices to address behaviors that interfere with community living. The staff regularly collaborate and coordinate care with other support systems including family, Independent Living programs, Group Home managers, and Case Managers.

Advance North is located in Vista and serves individuals residing in the North Coastal and North Inland regions of San Diego County.
